If you were to ask under what genre of rap you would place The M.I.S.F.I.T.Z., the answer would be none. Their eclectic style is original and refreshing. The M.I.S.F.I.T.Z. are a group of 2 rappers from Austin, TX. Their names are Tal B ( the NArraTor, the Never Hater, Motivator, 'Ocean of Ice Cold Flow', the Relevant, etc) and "X", a.ka. Wizard Bryant, Zav', X WATTz, are the bringers of Peace and Prosperity to the Hip-Hop Nation. Combined with the equally eclectic producers, The Infamous Ches Johnson, and Chad Anderson, The M.I.S.F.I.T.Z. ARE NOT THE "NEXT BIG THING", THEY ARE THE NEXT BIG STEP IN MUSIC.

On stage, Tal B & King X are known as The M.I.S.F.I.Tz., an acronym that stands for Ministering Ideals Suitable For Impeccable Teachingz. On stage, their interactions are in-sync, & they frequently face one another while rapping fervently into the microphone. Their words and motions seem natural & effortless. ‘X’ steps forward, Tal-B steps back.

“The last one or two years were like Rap 101,” he says. In 2005, Belvin graduated with a degree in marketing He decided to return to Austin where he took up various hustles and reunited with X with the goal of taking The M.I.S.F.I.Tz. to the next level. Like ‘X’, his achievements have only fueled his ambitions.
With Austin’s reputation as the live music capitol of the world, the river city has been a fertile ground for a special blend of hip-hop infused with laid, head-boppin beats, live instrumentation, & fluid EMCESS like the M.I.S.F.I.Tz, whose songs are hauntingly contagious. Urging the listeners finger to press repeat, while simustaneously holding back in anticipation of the next M.I.S.F.I.Tz jam.

“The Music is natural, while the business side is the challenging part, but we’re learning more & more how to turn our business into a beautiful art form”, exclaims Tal B. “Plus, we never cut ourselves off from any discussion or any genre so often our music comes from two different extremes”, X says “We’ll talk about anything.
